Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Escrow Officer. As an Escrow Officer, you will be responsible for facilitating real estate transactions by coordinating the transfer of funds and documents between buyers, sellers, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction. This is a crucial role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of financial services and real estate processes.

Duties:
- Manage the entire escrow process from opening to closing, ensuring all necessary documents and funds are collected and disbursed accurately and timely.
- Review purchase agreements, title commitments, and loan documents to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and other parties to gather necessary information and resolve any issues that may arise during the escrow process.
- Prepare settlement statements and other closing documents for review by all parties involved in the transaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all escrow transactions and ensure proper documentation is filed appropriately.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Escrow Officer or similar role in the financial services or real estate industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of escrow procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in reviewing documents and performing calculations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
