Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In Home Caregivers. As an In Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals who require assistance with daily activities in the comfort of their own homes.

Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing if necessary
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying up
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings if necessary
- Engage in meaningful conversation and provide companionship
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred but not required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes
