We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 4-week contract position is one hour away from Ashboro, NC. This LPN position is vital to providing high-quality patient care and support to a long-term health facility.

Contract Details:

· Length of Assignment: 4 weeks
· Hours per Week: 32 guarantee
· Shift: 7p-7a Evenings (every other weekend required)
· Rate: ($35-40 hr local) ($38-45/hr taxable rate w/no taxable stipends)(depending on experience/travel 100miles)
· Housing Stipend: Available for travel LPNs (100 miles) (taxable)
· Travel Reimbursement: Available for travel LPNs

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the assessment of patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs.

- Provide basic nursing care, including administering medications, changing dressings, and monitoring vital signs.

- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the supervising RN or physician.

Requirements:

· Current LPN License in NC
· Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting Required
· BLS Required
· Covid Vaccine and Booster Required
