We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an 8 week contract positions in Havelock, NC. This LPN position is vital to providing high-quality patient care and support to a long-term health facility.

Contract Details:

• Length of Assignment: 8 weeks
• Hours per Week: 32 guarantee
• Shift: 3p-11p Evenings
• Rate: ($35-40 hr local) ($38-45/hr taxable rate w/no taxable stipends) (depending on experience/travel 100miles)
• Housing Stipend: Available for travel LPNs (100 miles) (taxable)
• Travel Reimbursement: Available for travel LPNs

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assessment of patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Provide basic nursing care, including administering medications, changing dressings, and monitoring vital signs.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the supervising RN or physician.

Requirements:

• Current LPN License in NC
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting Required
• BLS
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
