DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Business Intelligence Analyst position will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization's data is managed and leveraged effectively, providing decision-makers with the information they need to drive strategic initiatives and make informed decisions in support of operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven problem solver with a strong ability to understand and implement data strategies, collaborate with various departments, understand unique business needs, and transform data from diverse sources into actionable insights.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Ability to live the ICOMPEL Values.
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills for facilitating discussions and collaborating with cross-functional teams while translating business requirements into data solutions.
Must be able to translate technical solutions into business language to assure understanding at all levels and across all functions.
Knowledge of data quality best practices and data governance/master data principles.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling is a plus.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
