General Laborer

Overview:

Is responsible for working within the vision, goals and expectations laid out before them to develop and grow efficient processes and procedures within Compco Industries.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must be reliable and on-time
• Must be able to read, write and perform math skills suitable for the company as well as the position of Press Inspector.
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand in one place for a long period of time.
• Must be able to physically do the assigned task and all functions associated with that task. This may include but not limited to bending, twisting and turning with your arms sometimes above your head or below your waist.
• Must have the ability to react to production situations constructively working with a sense of urgency and in a team environment.
• Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work in an organized and timely manner.
• Must be honest, trustworthy, safe, accurate, timely, cooperative, and conscientious in all Compco activities.
• Must have a desire for growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
