We are honored to be recognized as a "Best Place to Work" in Southern California and listed as one of INC.'s 5000 fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. Location: Serving our clients in Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, and Ventura counties (Hybrid) Role Description: You will be responsible for process design, gathering requirements, leading client workshops, creating a roadmap, prioritizing backlogs, and working with technical teams to materialize the product vision. In your position on the engagement, you will be setting the direction for the product and be a key point of contact for the client. As you develop your relationships, you will have the opportunity to grow our presence on the account and bring value to the client. Your participation could be on the account, practice areas, recruiting, mentoring, or internal initiatives. We look for our Senior Consultants to have several of the following:
2 years performing in a business/system analyst or product owner role
4 years of total experience
2 yrs with a premier consulting firm
Experience on fast-paced, complex projects
Work with client stakeholders to draw out Product Vision
Experience documenting requirements, process flows, and user stories
Able to translate business requirements for developers
Clarifiy details and articulate acceptance criteria for testing purposes
Participate in system requirements, design, construction, testing, and deployment
Hands-on approach to client delivery and detail-orientedExperience working in the Agile methodology (e.g., planning/running sprints, backlog prioritization, retrospectives, and leading scrum teams)
Technology implementation experience (e.g., data, ERP, CRM, Cloud-based Apps, e-Commerce, or other digital)
Process mapping, re-engineering, and optimization experience
Organizational change management or user adoption experience
Ability to win project extensions and reassignments by building strong client relationships
