Compassionate Dentalcare in Lake In The Hills, IL is looking for a full-time Patient Concierge to join our team. We are located on 261 N. Randall Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, friendly and engaged.

The Patient Concierge is the caretaker of our office. S/he welcomes patients and visitors and answers/refers inquiries about our practice, providers and services. The Patient Concierge is attentive to body language and helps patients feel at ease while in the patient lounge. S/he works closely with the front team to assure patients records are accurate and updated. The Patient Concierge also works with the clinical team to assure patients are seated on time and the daily schedule stays on track. That Patient Concierge is an important role to help us sense, serve and satisfy the needs of our patients.
