Compassionate Care offers hospice, home health and palliative care. Hospice is a service provided to the terminally ill and their family to ease the physical and emotional trauma associated with end of life. The Compassionate Care team strongly embraces the philosophy that end of life care is so much more than just treating the symptoms of a disease. Treating the spirit and soul are equally important in allowing a terminally ill patient to die in peace and allow those left behind to be supported through their grief.
