As we continue to grow, we are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Direct Care Workers/In-Home Caregivers to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Direct Care Worker/In-Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our clients in their homes. This role requires a high level of integrity, as you will be working closely with vulnerable individuals and their families. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social interaction to clients, actively engaging in conversation and activities.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals, adhering to any dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dusting, and vacuuming, to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Assist with medication reminders and administration as required, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings, providing transportation as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client care, progress, and concerns, reporting any changes in clients' conditions to management and healthcare professionals as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills and knowledge.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and respect clients' privacy.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a certified caregiver training program is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field, preferably in a home care setting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR; current certification is a plus.
• High level of integrity, compassion, and dedication to client care.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and periodic evaluations to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.
