Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Columbia, SC
Job Summary: As a Registered Nurse (RN) in a long-term care facility, you will lead and coordinate the care of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Assess and monitor residents’ health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs/GNAs in providing patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and families.
- Advocate for resident rights and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Respective State
- Strong clinical and leadership skills.
- Compassion and empathy in caring for elderly residents.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $52.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
