CBH is looking for a Group Facilitator/Clinical Liaison to join our team. This position is a critical member of the treatment team and works with all members of the team to support the clinical care of all clients. The Group Facilitator/Clinical Liaison is primarily responsible for facilitating group therapy on various topics for clients participating in residential, PHP, IOP, and OP levels of care. The Group Facilitator/Clinical Liaison is also responsible for supporting admissions, case management, and the clinical team as needed in completing intake assessments, case management duties, and Biopsychosocial Assessments. This position is part of the clinical team and expected to aid the clinical team and provide clinical support to colleagues that could include AMA blocking and openly communicating any concerns to the treatment team. Our goal is to provide a supportive environment where an individual’s clinical skill set can grow through supervision, a true treatment team environment, and exposure to multiple areas of clinical intervention.

Any candidate should have the ability to multi-task as well as strong time management skills to complete tasks within expected time frames. They should also have a passion for and dedication to assisting clients with substance use and mental health disorders. Familiarity with the following group areas: CBT, Relapse Prevention, Life Skills, Creative Expression, Psychosocial, Experiential Groups, Process Groups are preferred.

Bachelor's level required, Master's level preferred
