In this role, you'll be responsible for booking accommodations for our clients, ensuring their stays are comfortable and tailored to their preferences. Key Responsibilities:
- Research and book hotel accommodations for clients based on their preferences, budget, and travel itineraries.
- Communicate with hotels and other accommodation providers to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates for clients' stays.
- Provide assistance and support to clients regarding hotel reservations, changes, cancellations, and other accommodation-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of hotel bookings, expenses, and client information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination of hotel bookings and travel arrangements.
