Coordinated Family Support is a groundbreaking new service tailored for adults with developmental disabilities who opt to reside with their families. This innovative service assists individuals and their families in coordinating and scheduling essential services and supports, ensuring that each person's unique cultural, ethnic, and linguistic preferences are respected. CFS is all about providing the right support in the right way, in the comfort of one's family home.

Your Role:

As a Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in providing leadership, guidance, and support to our Coordinated Family Supports team. Your mission? To lead by example, cultivate a culture of excellence, and champion our values and mission.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of managers, modeling exceptional case management skills and fostering professional growth.
• Exercise wise discretion and independent judgment in areas including team member hiring, client support, crisis management, and company expenses.
• Set the standard for scheduling, training, and internal policies, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Foster strong partnerships with clients, staff, and stakeholders, ensuring quality services and accountability.
• Advocate for and uphold the unique language and cultural preferences of the individuals we support
• Facilitate communication and training initiatives, promoting a culture of accountability, intentionality, and safety.
• Support company growth and strategic goals, advancing your knowledge and expertise related to leadership and serving people with disabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's-level degree in a human services field of study (minimum education requirement)
• Three years of experience in Social Work
• One year of management and supervisory experience
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Valid California driver's license with three years of driving experience
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the last five years
• Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of clients and families served
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and obtain CPR and First Aid certification
