Job Description Compass is currently seeking a friendly, professional Part- Time Receptionist for Monday thru Friday, 2pm until 7pm and one weekend day. Needs excellent communication and organizational skills to join our team of dedicated caregivers. You will be the first person to greet our residents and guests! Demonstrates excellent telephone etiquette, determines the nature of the call and directs caller to appropriate individual or department. Operates paging/telephone system appropriately. Take referrals. Warmly greets residents, visitors and staff. Competently provides clear and thorough directions/information to visitors, guests, residents, etc. Performs assorted administrative duties for Directors. Operates computer, copier, office machines, etc. Qualifications Minimum High School graduate or equivalency required At least 1-2 years clerical and customer service experience required Strong computer skills: Above-average Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook skills required Friendly and positive attitude Additional information Competitive pay and great team environment.
