We are seeking an experienced, responsible, and loyal individual to join our amazing team and grow our practice as a full-time CASE MANAGER.

This is a SALES and PATIENT / CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION and is uniquely suited for someone who LOVES HELPING PEOPLE! Do you have incredible energy and nobody can ever get you down?? We need someone who is passionate, articulate, confident, and will not take NO for an answer!

The primary responsibility of this individual is to develop relationships with prospective new patients and start new patients into care plans (financial presentation/close). Coordination meetings are held with the provider team to determine which treatment is appropriate for each patient. In addition, the case manager provides exceptional service while assisting each patient as they progress through treatment. This position is for someone who is a naturally gifted communicator and salesperson.

Other responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

· communicating, scheduling, and confirming appointments through digital marketing programs
· answering phones, greeting patients, taking payments
· medical front office - scanning, uploading, filing patient documents, insurance verification
· scheduling appointments of all types
· patient recall and reactivation
· new patient intake and triage
· taking vitals and histories, communicating with provider team
· performing patient “check-ins” and communicating with provider team about patient progress
· daily and weekly cleaning assignments determined by management
· other clerical assignments as determined by management

This position is considered full time, with hours worked as follows: Mon, Tues and Thurs 8:00 AM - 5:45 PM and Wed and Fri 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Lunch is 60 minutes daily. Pay for this position is base salary plus bonus and is commensurate with experience. All qualified applicants must have reliable transportation, be punctual, and be willing to work the aforementioned schedule.

Pay: $18.00 - $26.87 per hour
