Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for a Registered Nurse, RN to make home care visits and supervise Home Health Aides for a Licensed Home Care Agency. Qualified candidates will have prior Home Care Agency experience. Familiar with patient assessments and HHA Supervision. Home Care visits are in Lower Westchester and in 1 location in the Bronx, NY. Position is Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM.

About the position:

The Home Care Field RN (Registered Nurse) makes home care visits to patients in their homes, oversees field Staff such as HHA's who perform in-home assistance to patients. The RN Supervisor advocates for quality patient care, collaborating with Physicians and other providers to maintain a safe and effective home environment for patients. The Registered Nurse works closely with patients, families and HHA's to ensure quality care is provided at home.

Qualifications:

• Must be a NYS Registered Nurse
• Min. of 1 year Home Health experience, required
• Ability to visit patients in a home environment.
• Excellent Organizational Skills Required.
• Reliable vehicle and NYS driver's license

This is a Full Time Direct Hire Position offering Excellent Benefits including PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Competitive Salary. $100,000-110,000
