Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Caregiver/Med Tech to join our team. The Lead Caregiver/Med Tech will be responsible for providing care and support to our residents, as well as supervising and training other caregivers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of those they serve. 

Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals

- Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behavior

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care

- Supervise and train other caregivers

- Assist with Caregiver schedule 

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a caregiver

- Certification in CPR and First Aid

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate and patient demeanor

- Evening, Weekend, and Holiday availability
