Position OverviewAs a Nurse LPN/RN Outpatient at Compass Health Network, you will play a crucial role in providing holistic care to primary health care patients. Your responsibilities will include preparing patients for examinations, administering treatments, and educating patients on their health needs. This is a PRN, on-call position with Saturday hours required once every four weeks.
Key Responsibilities

• Patient preparation and documentation
• Performing procedures under direction
• Administering medications and injections
• Maintaining supplies and equipment
• Assisting in minor surgeries and physicals
• Coordinating tests and treatments
• Providing patient education
• Following standard precautions and regulations
• Collaborating with medical providers
• Ensuring cleanliness and safety in the workplace

Qualifications

• High school/GED required
• Associate degree in nursing preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in a primary health care setting
• Experience with healthcare technology software preferred
• LPN or RN licensure required
