Join our Team as a Crisis Response Clinician
Are you passionate about providing quality care to individuals in need during times of crisis? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Crisis Response Clinician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing person-centered assistance to referrals from the Compass Disaster Line and community partners.
Position OverviewAs a Crisis Response Clinician, you will assess the needs and level of risk of each individual, provide appropriate interventions, and ensure referrals are made as needed. This role involves a combination of regional travel and office-based work, with coverage spanning Camden, Laclede, Miller, Cole, and Osage counties.
Responsibilities

• Offer person-centered and trauma-informed services
• Conduct crisis interventions and risk assessments via phone, video, or face-to-face
• Complete Zero Suicide screenings promptly
• Follow up with individuals as required
• Collaborate effectively with community partners
• Attend meetings and clinical supervision sessions
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Provide culturally competent services
• Coordinate with the mobile outreach team when necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field required
• Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of behavioral health experience required
• Working knowledge of DSM-V
• Valid driver's license and automobile coverage required
• PLPC, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW preferred
