Position OverviewCelerion is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to support our clinical research trials. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a healthy population, gaining insights into clinical research and the drug development pipeline. The successful candidate will be part of our medical team at the Phase 1 research clinic located in Tempe, AZ. Fluency in both English and Spanish is a prerequisite for this role.
Responsibilities

• Perform nursing tasks as per the study protocol
• Engage with research participants under our care, conducting vital sign checks, ECGs, blood draws, and telemetry monitoring
• Identify and report adverse events to contribute to the clinical research process

Shift ScheduleThe position requires approximately 40 hours per week, scheduled as follows:

• 3 x 12-hour shifts from 1800 to 0600
• Rotated weekends

Qualifications

• Current AZ-licensed RN with at least one year of clinical assessment experience
• ACLS certification is advantageous
• Previous experience in Emergency or Intensive Care settings is preferred
• Proficient in computer skills and documentation
• English-Spanish bilingual proficiency is essential
