Opportunity OverviewAs a nurse working on our Transitional Services Residential unit, you will play a key role in overseeing the physical and psychiatric care of our residents. Your responsibilities will include providing education, coordinating care with staff, residents, physicians, psychiatrists, hospitals, and pharmacies, as well as managing all aspects of medication administration.
