Salary: $120,000-$135,000

Foodbuy is looking for an experienced Lead Developer who enjoys solving complex business problems in a fast-paced, collaborative, inclusive, and iterative delivery environment. In this role, you'll will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies to build business management solutions at Compass Group. The individual and team goal will be to maintain high-quality software aligned with user needs and business objectives.
- Oversees development of software
- Provides advice and recommendations to management on processes and techniques required for improved work operations
- Identifies and resolves business systems issues
- Designs and deploys new applications and enhancements to existing applications
- Measures effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems
- Develops and implements strategies to improve systems
- Monitors and tests system performance
- Oversees the training of junior engineers to improve job skills and work efficiency
- Ability to coach others to execute on complex changes
- Strong technical knowledge. Quickly able to troubleshoot problems and coach others
- Development experience building high-performance, enterprise-scale web applications.
- Extensive hands-on experience with ASP.NET, MVC.NET, Angular and RESTFul APIs
- Good understanding of version control and source code management using Git.
- Prior experience working in an Agile, CI/CD environment.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
- Experience with AWS
- Strong organizational skills.
- Able to identify risks and resolve issues.
- Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines
- Have worked in similar environment working with technology developers onsite and off-shore
