As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. ```Duties```
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems
- Perform routine cleaning of HVAC components
- Test HVAC systems for proper functioning
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issues
- Familiarity with property maintenance and building codes
- Experience with welding, plumbing, refrigeration, or other related skills is a plus

-EPA Universal certification required
