Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for the successful operation of a corporate dining account. This position will support daily operations, uphold client relations, ensure optimal guest experiences and be a strong people leader. Catering and marketing experience is preferred.
This position requires Monday through Friday availability- daytime and some evenings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with brand standards, organizational policies, and applicable laws
* Interviews, hires, trains, and develops employees
* Maintains account financials and profitability
* Is knowledgeable in a variety of foodservice management aspects
* Specifically supports catering and marketing services
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
* Three to Five years of food service experience
* Leadership and organizational skills, flexible and adaptable to constant changes and must possess attention to detail.
* Effective problem solving and conflict management skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Exceptional business etiquette and client relations
* Manages time effectively and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* ServSafe or Department of Health certification a plus
