Job Summary:

We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Architect to join our team and help us design, develop, and implement solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will be responsible for ensuring the security, quality, and performance of the applications, as well as defining the best practices and standards for the platform. You will also work closely with the business users, the Center of Excellence, and the IT team to understand the requirements, provide guidance, and recommend solutions that meet the business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Define and implement security and data loss prevention policies.
• Create patterns and practices for the platform, including using environments, source control, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the citizen developers and the business teams.
• Collaborate with the business users, the Center of Excellence, and the IT team to understand the business challenges, business requirements, and propose the best solutions using the platform.
• Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of the platform and leverage them to enhance the existing applications or create new ones.
• Participate in the Power Platform training and evangelism activities, such as conducting workshops, webinars, demos, and open hours, and sharing resources and tips.

Required Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in developing applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, or equivalent platforms.
• Proficient in Power Fx, the low-code programming language for the Power Platform, and familiar with other programming languages, such as JavaScript, C#, and SQL.
• Expertise in designing and implementing security, governance, and maintainability for the platform, and using the tools and resources provided by the Center of Excellence.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with different stakeholders and teams.
• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies is a plus.
