Job Summary
Are you a dynamic leader ready to take on a new challenge? We're searching for a Director of Dining Services to spearhead operations for a potential new K12 business in the Jackson, MI area. As the Director, you'll lead a team, handle client relations, and ensure top-notch food quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients, encouraging a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with the Chef and management team to develop menus and deliver superior-quality food offerings.
- Oversee all aspects of P&L and budgeting, ensuring financial success for the account.
- Drive innovation by rolling out new culinary programs to enhance the dining experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality highly preferred, showcasing your commitment to excellence.
- Three to five years of foodservice operation experience, demonstrating your expertise in the field.
- Essential high-volume production and catering experience, essential for success in this role.
- Proven track record of handling budgets, highlighting your financial competence.
- Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company, showcasing your ambition and dedication.
