Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive F&B operations, marketing initiatives, overall guest experience, and aesthetic appeal in alignment with organizational objectives.
2. Operational Oversight: Directly oversee the day-to-day operations of designated F&B outlets within the arena, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to quality standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
3. Guest Experience Enhancement: Champion a guest-centric approach by continuously monitoring and analyzing guest feedback, market trends, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for enhancing the overall guest experience, including service quality, menu offerings, ambiance, and visual appeal.
4. Marketing and Branding: Collaborate with Client marketing teams to develop innovative marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and branding initiatives to attract and retain customers, enhance brand visibility, and drive revenue growth.
5. Brand Management: Ensure that the aesthetics of hospitality spaces, including F&B outlets and common areas, reflect the desired ambiance and branding, coordinating with design teams and vendors to maintain visual consistency and appeal.
6. Concepting and Curating: Collaborate with Design Partners to ensure a seamless execution for merchandising based on the proposed vision and experience.
7. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of F&B professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a culture of operational excellence, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
8. Financial Management: Manage budgetary planning, cost control measures, and revenue optimization strategies to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
9. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
