Job Summary
Fulltime Outpatient Dialysis Facility in Altavista, VA- 30 miles south of Lynchburg, VA
This position:
* Is a renal RDN in outpatient dialysis facility covering approximately 80-100 patients.
* Includes a team of thirteen RDs in 12 facilities, providing support, education and networking.
* Enjoys working with a comprehensive interdisciplinary healthcare team in a chronic care setting.
* Provides education opportunities for MDs, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
* Encourages growth and professional advancement as part of a dynamic nutrition team.
We are seeking a Registered Dietitian who:
* Is enthusiastic about renal nutrition, continuous quality improvement and comprehensive individualized plan of care for chronic kidney disease patients.
* Is able to work well independently, as well as with a team.
* Has a minimum of one year clinical experience post registration with the CDR.
* Has a strong interest in renal disease states and clinical nutrition.
