Position Title: Data Scientist, Python - Remote
Reports To: Charlotte Franznick
Salary: $100,000 - 110,000 (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary
E15 Group is the Analytics subsidiary of Compass Group, the worlds’ largest hospitality company. In the Data Scientist role, you will collaborate with 2 other Data Scientist to leverage Machine Learning and AI technologies to create data products which inform decisions and provide insight. Typical outputs from this team include predictive models, natural language processing, and micro-apps exposing Data Science capabilities to our Analytics & Business intelligence teams.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence processes, including data cleansing, exploration, and feature engineering.
- Collaborate with Business Stakeholder to understand potential value propositions of Data Science tools.
- Contribute to our MLOps life cycle, leveraging Git, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
- Manage personal work output through Azure DevOps in our agile/scrum framework.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 2 years of Python experience.
- 2 years of Business Analytics experience.
- 1 year of practical Data Science experience.
- A strong personal portfolio is acceptable proof of capabilities for candidates without professional Data Science experience.
- Strong knowledge of AWS or equivalent cloud platform.
- Intermediate SQL experience.
PREFFERED SKILLS
- Docker / Containerization experience.
- Snowflake Data Warehouse (or equivalent) experience.
- Experience developing and interacting with REST APIs.
