Salary: 130,000 to 150,000

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Area Director / District Manager to support our strong K12 FOOD SERVICE operations in sunny California from LA-San Francisco! Working as our Area Director, you are responsible for 14 school districts with a current managed volume of up to $18 million. You will run and lead a team of dedicated 14 Directors. You will be responsible for leading and supporting positive client relations, building strong financials, developing & mentoring people and business growth. Reporting to the RVP, successful Area Director will travel 3 days a week visiting clients and providing support and accountability to the in-unit directors for our schools districts in Los Angeles - San Francisco. The other 2 days will be working from remote home office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitors the overall financial performance of the accounts to ensure profitability
- Ensures consistent and fair administration of personnel policies
- Manages planning, budget analysis and reporting for the region
- Participates in the sales process to grow the region
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS Degree preferred
- Five plus years of contract foodservice management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong in financial acumen
- Multi-unit experience a MUST!!
