Job Summary
Performs administrative and clerical duties to support contract compliance, budgeting and other accounting functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Conducts Contract Compliance and Billing Audits for supported sectors.
* Prepares monthly reports: SGA Forecast, SGA Summary, Numbers Report, Account PBO, Account PBO Forecast, CallOuts, OPS Realignments and Client Retention.
* Prepares monthly budget changes and maintains budget files.
* Ensure that approved procedures are being followed to provide accurate, efficient and timely reporting.
* Prepare necessary reports and correspondence for operations.
* Maintain clean and safe work environment; performs job safely.
* Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Science Degree (BA) or equivalent from a four-year college.
* Private industry accounting experience of 1 - 3 years.
* Strong Microsoft Excel Experience
* Microsoft Access experience is a plus
* SAP experience is a plus
