About the organization: Compass Family Services is a 100 year old nonprofit working on the front lines of San Francisco’s homeless crisis. We provide families experiencing or at risk of homelessness with comprehensive support to address immediate needs and ensure long-term success.
About the team: Compass Family Resource Center (CFRC) offers a comprehensive set of trauma-informed services that support family well-being. Homeless and at-risk families can access immediate crisis support at our Drop-in Center and get connected with parenting education, support groups and classes, case management, housing search and workforce services and support.
Compensation: $78,000 - $84,000 annually

Responsibilities: The Bilingual (Spanish speaking) Co-Program Director of Compass Family Resource Center (FRC) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the FRC and its programming including supervision of staff, program design and implementation, coordination of services with internal and external providers, as well as providing direct support to clients.

Since our inception in 1914, Compass Family Services has responded to the needs of the community and is one of the longest operating social services agencies in California. Today, Compass helps homeless families and families at imminent risk for homelessness to achieve housing stability, family well-being, and self-sufficiency. Our nine programs provide services to more than 6,000 parents and children in 2019, 50% of whom are under age 18.
