Seeking an experienced Front Desk Concierge in Reston, VA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be professional, friendly, organized, and customer service oriented. The Concierge will be responsible for greeting guests, answering questions, providing directions, and assisting with any other administrative duties in a residential setting. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Duties:

- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- Answer phone calls and respond to residents' inquiries
- Handle resident requests and resolve any issues or complaints
- Provide information about apartment/condominium amenities, services, and local attractions

- Receive, issue and maintain packages/logs
- Provide administrative support to property management team
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Experience:

- Previous experience in residential service is preferred
- Ability to deliver proactive and immediate support as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 42 per week
