Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Asset Manager at Compass Capital. The Asset Manager will be responsible for managing our portfolio alongside our 3rd party property management group.
We will offer ownership in the properties that you manage.
We will be implementing new management strategies to optimize operations, increase income, and decrease expenses.
Qualifications
- 3 years of management experience (ideally regional management experience)
- Management history on value add multifamily properties
- Experience with hiring
- Experience with leading teams
- Passionate about property management
- Desire for growth
- Desire to work at a start-up
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
