Percheron is looking to identify individuals with Title and or Land Administrative experience to fill two division order analyst positions. Applicant will be able to work remote but will need to be local to the surrounding Pittsburgh PA, OH or WV area in order to be considered.
Must be willing to work 5 days per week (M-F) without Per diem.
Responsible for the data entry, review, analyze oil and gas leases, lease maintenance and lease administration activities; adheres to project policies, guidelines, and procedures and is responsible to meet project timelines and objectives.

• Review and interpret complicated title documents and create multitiered chains of title.
• Analyze and interpret title opinions, DPUs, leases, maps and internal documentation to bring title forward to assure accurate divisions of interest.
• Build company division of interests distilling Revenue/WI numbers correctly for use with monthly revenue cycles/well clearing/elections etc...
• Assist with clearing wells for development and units for TIL by ensuring all unit related information is reviewed/calculated correctly and is communicated to proper parties in a timely manner.
• File any necessary recordings in a timely manner
• Maintain internal/SOX compliance through performance of controls associated with land related business processes
• Provide continual support in maintaining goodwill through positive interaction with lessors, royalty owners and working interest participants.
• Maintain professional and productive relationships with internal company personnel and departments.
• Assist accounting with Prior Period Adjustments
• Investigate and assist with Unit/Division Order related Salesforce cases
• Perform Division Order Maintenance
• Input land record information into database and Client databases to set-up and maintain oil and gas leases and other land contracts
• Communicate findings effectively with Land Techs using client database.
• Proof lease documents for accuracy
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets
• Generate various agreements

• 2-4 years of experience related to either Title, Land Administration, or Division Order/Unit Development experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Associates Degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• Proficient in PC operation, including spreadsheet and word processing. Experience in database program operations is a plus.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, the ability to plan and manage their work in an efficient manner, and the ability to work well under stress and time pressures.
• Recommend changes to assure quality document generation.
• Should be knowledgeable in the methods and techniques for performing Land Services activities.
• Should possess some knowledge and skills in land description and terminology, and oil and gas document analysis.
• Practical experience in the application, modification and adaptation of standards, techniques and procedures for lease documents.
• Team player with strong inter-personal skills and positive attitude
• Proficient analytical skills with accuracy/attention to details a must
