About us
At Compass ABA Therapy, we recognize that every child possesses unique needs and tailor our care accordingly. Our registered behavior clinicians work closely with parents to develop an individualized treatment plan that guarantees success for every child based on their learning style. Our exceptional team of ABA therapists has extensive training in a wide range of evidence-based techniques, including early intervention as well as working with school-aged children and challenging behaviors.
- Must have a highschool diploma
- RBTs will work 1:1 with clients either in clinic or in the client’s home.
- RBTs must be available 3-6pm
- Carrying out programs written by supervising BCBAs.
- Collect and record data on the client’s performance toward target behaviors.Accurately documenting session events, client behavior, and progress towards goals on notes for each session.
- Being on time to all sessions/staff meetings
- Maintaining their own RBT and CPR/BLS certifications
- Passing a 10-year Background check
- It is preferred that candidates are already registered; however, Compass offers paid classes/training to become registered as well.
- Candidates that are already registered as RBT are eligible for a sign-on bonus of $250-$500 based on experience and proof of certification.
- Compass also welcomes experienced QASP-S’s for positions. Individuals with QASP-S certification will also be eligible for the sign-on bonus.
