Job Purpose: 

Company 3/Method Inc is seeking a Systems Engineer to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure. You will be Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization to be in line with company guidelines or SOP (standard operating procedure).
• Defines customers’ needs and functionality in a service development cycle.
• Assists in the coordination of various teams testing and evaluating for the development of design and its implementation of the best output.
• Installs, configures, and tests operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Ensures the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Implements warranty and support activities.
• Evaluates the existing systems and provides the technical direction to IT support staff.
• Plans and implements system automation as required for better efficiency.
• Oversees the development of customized software and hardware requirement.
• Collaborates with other professionals to ensure high quality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Deals with work process, optimization methods, and risk management tools in the given projects for the successful accomplishments according to the requirements of the stakeholders.

Experience Required

• Windows experience 5-7 Years (All Windows Server and Workstation)
• Linux experience 2-3years (Centos, RHEL, Suse)
• Intermediate to expert level in GPO, Login Script, DHCP, DNS, AD/LDAP, WDS system integration.
• Complete understanding of Windows Active Directory and Administration.
• Beginner to intermediate level in 2D/3D applications (Nuke, Fusion, Maya, Adobe products, etc). 
• Beginner to intermediate level with automated rendering systems (Qube!, Rush, Muster, Smedge, Deadline, etc)
• Beginner to intermediate level in windows shell scripting and python.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, experience and skill-set:

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
• Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MSCE), MCP is must
• Other certifications like RHCE, CCNA etc is plus.
• 5-7 years experience working and maintaining servers, network switches, computer hardware and software, email, and phone systems.
• Hands on experience of managing 200 workstation is plus.
