LPN to perform initial Non-medical home care assessments& reevaluations for our clients

Job Qualifications:

• Must have a valid CPR/First Aid Certification

• Must have at least 6 months of hands-on nursingexperience

• Must have a current and active LPN GeorgiaNursing License

• Must have current TB Skin Test/Chest X-Ray orwilling for obtain before starting employment

Job Skills:

• Knowledge and competence in technique and practice ofthe nursing profession

• Ability to communicate effectively using written andverbal media

• Ability to adaptand communicate with Clients/Families from a variety of cultural, economic, andsocial backgrounds

• Ability to think clearly, logically, andeffectively while developing priorities, even in stressful situations

Job Functions:

• Medication Management on a weekly basis asordered by the MD

• Development & implement the plan of care andmake revisions

• Supervision of Certified Nursing Assistants andPersonal Companion Aides

• Assist and maintain client files per stateregulations

• Effectively communicate and interact withclients/caregivers and families in a respective and

supportivemanner

• Assist with new hire orientation

• Assist Director of Nursing with related dutiesaccording to each client’s needs
