Small business home care agency looking for a mature, responsible, punctual individual. MUST BE RELIABLE AND HAVE CONSISTENT WORK HISTORY.
Requirements:
- Associates/Bachelors degree
- Must be able to multitask
- Customer service experience (1-2 yrs)
- Time management and Interpersonal skills
Duties:
Administrative tasks :
- answer client/employee calls in a professional manner
- enter notes in homecare software
- maintain client/employee schedules
- general office duties (filing, organizing, inputting data into the computer)
- must hold strong attention to detail!
HR tasks:
- Gather employee documents for personnel file
- Keep track of employee medical records
- Perform background and referral checks for potential employees to fill cases
- Create/modify schedules
Schedule: Monday thru Friday from 9 to 5 pm or 8:30 to 4:30 pm
