Title: Production Team Member
Location: Omaha, Nebraska
Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift Openings!

We are actively seeking Production Team Members! If you're looking for a fun, team-oriented environment where you can make a difference every day, we want to talk to you!
1st shift is 6am-4pm, Mon-Thurs, 2nd shift is 4pm-2am, Mon-Thurs. Some Fridays and Saturday hours may be required as business necessitates.
As a Production Team Member, you’ll make an impact by:
- Packaging hay and hay-based products for delivery to customers.
- Ensuring products meet all quality assurance specifications including appearance and weight.
- Preparing case boxes and palletizing product.
- Safely and properly operating packaging equipment while following all safety protocols.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work with hay and hay-based products.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Possess excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a standing position, bend and twist for work shift, with applicable breaks.
- Ability to lift up to 65 pounds, with some overhead lifting.
