Title: Demand Planner

As our Demand Planner, you’ll make an impact by:

• Creating and maintaining forecast models by incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, and retailer replenishment analysts.
• Coordinating cross-functional research activities to reconcile forecast variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated Sales and Marketing assumptions.
• Interacting with Sales and Marketing to understand demand forecast drivers (seasonality, sales programs, and promotions).
• Utilizing a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales and Marketing to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
• Providing input to the Product Supply, Purchasing, and Operations team in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product discontinuations.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree, plus 4 years’ related experience.
• Advanced planning tool experience.
• Experience forecasting Ecommerce platforms
• Experience in a CPG and/or manufacturing environments
• Strong analytical skills with ability to generate actionable outputs.
