JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Cyber Resilience Consultant, you will be instrumental in our Security Transformation initiatives, assisting Commvault customers through transformative projects to achieve secure business outcomes using Security services. You'll be a key member of the Cyber Resilience Delivery practice, contributing to the development of new offerings, adhering to and enhancing Cyber Resilience recommended practices, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Additionally, you'll support Cyber Resilience Enablement across our wider teams and contribute insights to the Cyber Resilience Services business development.

Project Execution: Collaborate closely with project teams to execute security initiatives effectively. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our security projects.

Recommended Practices: Uphold and enhance delivery best practices within the Cyber Resilience practice. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical.

Niche Offerings: Contribute to the development of specialized security offerings tailored to our clients' unique needs. Your expertise will shape our service portfolio.

Security Enablement: Assist in fostering a security-aware culture across our services team. Your insights will help elevate our overall security posture.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience in delivering security transformation initiatives and delivering high-impact projects for enterprise customers.

Strong understanding of security principles, technologies, and recommended practices.

Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives and technical stakeholders.

Autonomy: Self-driven and capable of managing individual tasks and responsibilities.

Project management expertise, with the ability to drive performance by objectives and key results.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
