JOB SUMMARY:This position is responsible for maintaining the entry and maintenance of the customer database. Maintains customer files and data according to regulations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Generates customer correspondence and distributes information.Creates and maintains customer eligibility in the database.Reviews information to determine requirements.Reviews and processes enrollment information to ensure compliance with all regulations.Accountable for meeting quality and production benchmarks as determined by management.Communicates with internal and external customers as it pertains to enrollment information.Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Possess strong oral and written communication skills.Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work with minimal supervisionStrong organizational skills.Ability to work effectively with personnel at various levels.Must have high attention to detail.Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background checkProficient in Microsoft office applications. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalency.Two years working in an administrative function for a health care institution, insurance company or medical group preferred.
