With this position we are looking for the ideal candidate that can provide professional, prompt, financial service to all members and potential members in a face to face branch setting. Banking experience is a plus but not required.

*Positions located in the Northland and Independence**

As a personal banker you will:

• Assists with member financial transactions.
• Assists in meeting and exceeding individual, team and credit union goals.
• Provide top notch customer service to members.
• Ensure a high focus on determining members’ needs
• Cross-selling appropriate services and building and enhancing member relationships.
• Opens new member accounts; including CDs, Money Market, Savings etc.,
• Understands and applies savings and lending policies and procedures

Requirements:

Education and Experience

• Two or more years’ experience in a financial institution or retail sales position required.
• Four year degree may substitute for experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of sales and service techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good problem resolution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
