Job Title: Certified Home Health Aide

Job Type: Full-Time | Per-Diem

Location: Somerset County | Somerville, NJ
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour (based on experience)

Education/Experience:

  • Current NJ Home Health Aide certification
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • One year exp. in home health preferred

Job Summary: To provide care by performing activities related to personal care and maintenance, daily living and ensures a clean, safe home environment.

Job Description:

  • Provide patients with help moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
  • Accompany patient to doctor’s office or hospital for treatment.
  • May assist with dressing, grooming, bathing and other personal care or activities of daily living.
  • Assists patient with prescribed exercises
  • Prepares nutritional and/or personalized diet requirements
  • Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.
