Community Unitarian Universalist Church in Plano, TX is seeking a bookkeeper responsible for AR/AP; processing payroll for a small staff; monthly summary reports to committees; year-end tax reports; bank reconciliations and deposits for checking, savings, and investment accounts; and maintaining pledging records.

Good people skills a plus!

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School graduate with some college preferred
• Good communication skills
• Non-profit experience helpful
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs and QuickBooks and adapts easily to new technologies
• Satisfactory criminal background and reference checks

Position Details:

• Work may be done on-site or remotely, but will require some office time at church
• Position is part-time: 8 hours per week at a rate of $22 - $24 per hour
