We are seeking a Utility Program Data Specialist who will be responsible for the maintenance and management of data for the CTI Energy Conservation Programs. Analyze quantitative or qualitative data to prepare reports and studies and coordinate data and reporting with the Statewide Client Service Center.

Responsibilities include:

Respond to and engage with Statewide Client Service Center on Monday.com Intake Board.

Provide timely communication with lead vendor teams regarding submissions, revisions, escalations.

Attend Statewide trainings and meetings.

Provide required data - daily, weekly, monthly on all projects and customers.

Identify and evaluate sources of program data. Collect and record data, analyze information, generate statistical tabulations, prepare reports, and discuss findings with Director of Energy Conservation Programs and National Grid.

Integrate data from multiple data sources, ensure data accuracy and integrity and update data as needed.

Interpret data to identify business and client needs.

Required activities subject to change with notice from Lead Vendors.

Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications include:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's Degree preferred.

1-2 years related experience required.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to detect issues in large datasets

Ability to design data collection processes to allow for robust data sets to analyze program compliance and quality

Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and translate that information for program staff and funders

Experience with multiple data management software systems and the ability to quickly learn to use and implement new systems

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative, team player with the ability to also drive things forward independently

Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills and affinity for working with and analyzing data

Problem solving aptitude in order to recognize, diagnose and implement solutions to user requirements

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to maintain accurate records and maintain confidentiality of information
