The Personal Banker II is primarily responsible for "meeting or exceeding customer expectations" by offering Bank products/services. Selling Bank products/services to customers/prospects based on need, and referring bank customers and prospects to other areas of the Bank and Insurance Group. The Personal Banker II will also conduct financial transactions between customers and the Bank. The Personal Banker II has extensive bank knowledge and an excellent history of loan referrals and consumer loan volume.
Ideal candidates would have some banking experience, strong customer service focus, ability to listen to customer needs and suggest solutions for those needs, excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to learn and utilize multiple computer applications.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or other related area preferred.
Experience: Two years prior retail bank experience, including extensive knowledge of consumer loans required or a combination of equivalent education and experience. This position requires S.A.F.E. registration at the time of employment. The Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) web site (mortgage.nationwidelicensingsystem.org) provides the Mu4R questions and registration required for employment in this position.
