Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the routine maintenance and repairs on the property, covering plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Prioritize and complete maintenance tasks promptly and professionally.
• Preserve the overall condition of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address issues proactively.
• Attend to tenant maintenance requests responsively, ensuring satisfaction and safety.
• Assist with preparing vacant units for new residents, including trash removal and light cleaning.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and minor repairs.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with residents and staff.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under time pressure.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
